Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- State of Alaska EMT-I or EMT-II certification
- Deliver high-quality emergency care in alignment with medical protocols and safety standards
- Show empathy, professionalism, and discretion in every patient interaction
- Operate in remote and extreme weather conditions with confidence
- Serve as scene leader, ensuring safety and effective coordination
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow EMS crew members, healthcare professionals, and other response agencies
- Be prepared to work independently and in remote settings when required
