Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Integrator, the Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of all company entities. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the management of loans, debt, and other financial obligations. The Finance Manager ensures accurate financial data across all companies and supports strategic financial decision-making.
Essential Functions
- Oversee and audit monthly financial statements for all entities.
- Prepare quarterly financial statements for leadership review.
- Manage all business checkbooks, ensuring proper fund allocation.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights.
- Prepare documents for bank loans and financial obligations.
- Maintain fixed asset records and track asset depreciation.
- Manage and track all company debt, ensuring proper reporting and payments.
- Oversee customer tax remittance and ensure compliance.
- Supervise monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts (or more frequently if needed).
- Issue financial statements as directed.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external accountants, providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system for efficient record-keeping.
- Oversee and provide leadership to accounting/bookkeeping teams across all entities.
- Train and mentor bookkeepers, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial processes.
- Provide financial training to key personnel to improve understanding and decision-making based on financial data.

This role is largely sedentary; however, it requires the ability to lift files or file boxes, bending or standing as needed and walking on concrete floors to and from work areas or other offices. Must be able to function on fast paced demand.

Required Education and Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction industries.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, debt management, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of tax compliance and financial regulations.
- Understanding of accounting principles.
