The company has operated since 2013 and is currently in a high-growth phase. We're looking for someone to join our small but growing team.
Job Description:
The ideal applicant is a jack-of-all-trades, and able to look after all digital aspects of the company, including: website development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, amazon listings, and more. The applicant should be analytical, and able to make data-driven marketing decisions. The applicant should also be somewhat experienced with Photoshop and Illustrator, in order to edit product photos and marketing materials. Video editing (Premiere) is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple WordPress Ecommerce Websites - Monitor website performance, update plugins, optimize landing pages, fix broken links, list new products, perform on-page SEO, and perform other routine web maintenance tasks. This job requires excellent "soft" web skills, and you may coordinate with a full-stack developer for more technical tasks, such as those that involve coding.
- Amazon Seller Central - Maintain and optimize Amazon listings, and stay on top of account health.
- SEO - Stay up-to-date on best SEO practices and implement on-page and off-page strategies to improve organic page rank. Tasks include on-page keyword optimization, backlink building, metadata sculpting, and page load speed optimization.
- PPC Advertising - Create and manage effective advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook. Applicant must understand keyword research, A/B split testing and conversion tracking. Applicant must track and report campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and keep up-to-date with PPC best practices. Adwords certification and/or 2 years PPC management experience is required.
- Social Media Marketing - Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube accounts. Help generate new content and manage marketing campaigns.
- Product Listings - Help create and maintain effective product listings in Woocommerce, Amazon, Ebay and Google Shopping Network. Create and maintain product feeds. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is desired.
- Google Analytics - Monitor and report on website traffic, make recommendations, and take actions to boost traffic and conversions.
- Graphic Design - Edit product photos and website graphics. Video editing would be useful, but not required.
Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, graphic design, computer science, or similar.
- 2 years E-commerce experience required.
- Solid understanding of Wordpress, SEO, Adwords, Analytics, Amazon, Ebay and Social Marketing.
- The ideal candidate is analytical.
- Excellent copywriting skills required.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent experience is required.
Location:
We will only consider local applicants with the ability to work at our office in Woodland, California. We are not considering remote employees, independent contractors, Upwork, etc.
Pay: $25-$35/hr
Hours: M-F, 40 hours per week.
