Start / End : 10 / 14 / 24 - 1 / 2025

Shift & Call Details : 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

Job Details :

Patient Volume : 13,000 annual volume

NP / PA's work 5am - 11pm

EMR : Epic

Must be BC / BE EM and active KY license or active IMLC

Must have active ACLS, ATLS, PALS & case logs for the last 2yrs

All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
