- Guaranteed Salary based on experience for this clinical and leadership role
- 100,000 recruitment bonus through partnership if they come from outside partnerships current county range
- No weekends, no on-call
- Lodge transitional accommodations if needed for 6 months
- CME : $5,000 for 8 days
- PTO : 168 hours a year 8 Paid Holiday and 24 hours of Sick Time
