Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J39 as an Active Security Representative. In this Security Management role, you will support SAP and STO clearance requirements, indoctrinations, de-briefs, training, facilities, and IT equipment. The Active Security Representative will work in a dynamic environment and is required to effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.
\n- Provide full-time support across SAP and collateral of security classification levels. This support shall provide multi-disciplinary security support, including specialized analytical/program protection support, while being responsive and flexible to dynamic SAP security situations.
- Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions (PERSEC)
- Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence; assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence; process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records; perform destruction of classified materials; process magnetic media for accountability; reproduction support for classified materials; maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control; assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
- Understanding of SAP personnel compliance reviews and facility close outs
- Expertise in DoD policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data
- Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Windows experience, and expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to brief/interact with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
- DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training and SAP Overview
- Previous experience on a CCMD, MAJCOM, HHQ staff desired
- BA/BS or MA/MS desired
- TS/SCI clearance required

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
