Responsibilities
Our Construction Department is seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual for a full-time, benefited position as a Draftsperson. As a part of the construction team, this individual will be responsible for generating CAD/BIM models and renderings, generating/enhancing prototype drawings for different profit centers, assisting with assembling drawings for soliciting consultants, plotting and assembling drawings for permit submissions, modifying redline drawings, and assembling signage packages. The pay range for this position is $20.00-$25.00. Pay is commensurate to experience.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in architecture or comparable field of study is preferred
- One to three years of prior drafting experience or similar architectural role is preferred
- Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is preferred
