Job Title : Analytics Manager (Survey writing, Survey programming)

Location : Hoboken, NJ, 07030 / Hybrid

Duration : 10 months contract

Description :

  • Looking for an experienced market research professional, with survey research experience on either on the vendor or corporate side; advertising research experience a plus.
  • Opportunity to work with a growing team and help to grow / roll out consumer research capabilities across the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
  • Applicant should be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and making actionable recommendations to these stakeholders based on survey findings.

Job responsibilities include :

  • Working with various teams across Walmart Connect to design both internal and external (consumer facing) surveys
  • Work in conjunction with various teams across the company to develop research plans and survey methodology
  • Questionnaire design
  • Survey programming
  • Day to day project management, with both internal and with third party vendors
  • Report writing and analysis, including actionable next steps and recommendations
  • Presentation of survey findings / recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders

    • Skills needed :

    Familiar with online survey tools such as Survey Monkey

  • Questionnaire writing experience
  • Strong writing / analysis skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel

  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years survey research experience .
  • survey methodology, survey writing & programming, analysis, including actionable next steps and recommendations
