What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Manager TELECOMMUTE position at Delta System and Software Inc.?
100% Remote.
Team : Team of 2 proposal managers and 1 team lead. They will also work independently with Capture managers writers and subject matter experts to develop the proposal. The proposal manager will work with other Optum organizations to complete the proposal like sales capture solutions legal pricing etc.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate manage and lead proposal process for State Government opportunities.
- In this role the PM is focused on bringing together all stakeholders associated with the pursuit in order to submit a winning proposal package.
- The PM owns the proposal process and works closely with Capture Managers Sales Leaders Product Subject Matter Experts Writers.
- This role is also responsible for ensuring our RPF responses are timely strategic of high quality and meet the need of our current and future customers.
- Manage all aspects of the proposal process including schedule outsourcing meetings draft reviews quality graphics and production.
- Develop organize and manage proposal management process using MS Excel
- Collaborate with other internal organization to develop proposal content
- Ensure proposal compliance with RFP requirements
- Conduct reviews of the proposal; work with team members to review proposal content provide feedback and guidance for changes
