Job Description
- Education: Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Certification: Epic certification
- Work Experience: 2 years in healthcare or 1 year supporting technology systems
- Work Experience in lieu of degree: 4 years in healthcare or technology systems
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Maintain composure in stressful environments
- Professional presence and strong communication skills
- Work Experience: Experience in inpatient, ambulatory, ancillary, or revenue cycle in healthcare.
