Job Responsibilities/KRAs:
- The Delivery Manager will be accountable for VM deliveries in the portfolio & will manage large Guidewire Implementation & transformation work for large P&C carrier.
- Contribute towards opportunity assessment on work that could support the strategic outcomes.
- Will own execution per contract, maintaining & publishing test SLAs/metrics and ensuring those SLAs/metrics are compliant per agreement, managing talent pool.
- Understand and align delivery as per soft commitments & Focus on specialized competency development/improvement for the portfolio.
- Will critically review the client delivery with respective leads across multiple modules to ensure delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Will be responsible for detailed review of various development artifacts developed code, unit test cases and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Continuously monitor and improve on operational efficiencies as part of delivery process and contribute to new strategic initiatives across the program.
- Will closely work with account leadership and onsite leadership to ensure program alignment and make quick adjustments as needed for success of the program.
- Collaborate closely with onsite/offshore team and client team to forge successful partnerships for delivery excellence.
- Own value addition as part of delivery culture.
- Process standardization and focus on mitigation that spans across the workstreams.
- Responsible for review and bringing in ideas and options for cost efficiency.

a. Solid management & leadership experience on development projects and programs. Must be a proven leader with work and people.
b. Must have good experience on executing projects in managed services & fixed cost model and using waterfall and agile methodologies.
c. Must have direct exposure to managing clients at US.
d. Should have good experience in project tracking and good understanding on project management metrics related to Cost, Revenue, Team Strategy, Pyramid structure etc.
e. Must have good leadership credentials in terms of certification (PMP, ACP, SAFe), training, etc.

Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications etc.
1. Overall experience of 15 years with 4 years of experience in project/Program management (development or support initiatives), and 4 years of experience in the role of Delivery Manager.
2. Domain Knowledge & Experience
a. Good knowledge & experience on P&C domain.
b. Good to have P&C domain certifications.
3. Development Knowledge & Experience
a. Good knowledge & development experience preferably on Guidewire Claim Center & Policy Center.
b. Knowledge on Agile methodologyThe Delivery Leader will be accountable for deliveries in the portfolio. - Contribute towards opportunity assessment on work that could support the strategic outcomes.
- Responsible for review and bringing in best practices, standardization, and suggestions for the portfolio.
- Bring forward themes and ideas for innovation and improvement and work with OPL to jointly execute.
- Focus on specialized competency development/improvement for the portfolio.
- Promote and implement ideas for collaboration and inclusiveness.
