We are hiring for Fulltime permanent role of SAP FICO, which is Onsite at Austin TX/ Sunnyvale CA.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented SAP FICO Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules (AA, AP, GL, AR), having worked in ECC and S/4 HANA environments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in end-to-end implementations, as well as a strong background in migrating from ECC to S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and support full life cycle implementations of SAP FICO solutions, covering AA (Asset Accounting), AP (Accounts Payable), GL (General Ledger), and AR (Accounts Receivable) modules.
2. Migration Experience: Assist in the migration of SAP FICO solutions from ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth transition and data integrity during the migration process.
3. Configuration & Customization: Provide expertise in configuring and customizing the SAP FICO modules (AA, AP, GL, AR) in both ECC and S/4 HANA environments based on business requirements.
4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the FICO modules and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
5. End-to-End Life Cycle Support: Oversee and execute end-to-end implementation, including gathering business requirements, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation support.
6. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice on SAP FICO solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within timelines and budgets.
7. Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users and create detailed documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and proper user adoption of the system.
8. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure smooth operation of the SAP FICO modules.
9. Integration Expertise: Collaborate with other SAP teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure proper integration of the SAP FICO modules across the business processes.
10. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Regularly communicate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to project milestones.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant, with expertise in AA, AP, GL, AR modules.
• Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
• At least 2 full life cycle implementations (from project initiation to go-live) in SAP FICO.
• Strong experience in migration from ECC to S/4 HANA, including data mapping, testing, and go-live support.
• Expertise in SAP FICO configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in integration of SAP FICO modules with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori (if applicable) and other modern SAP interfaces.
• Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
