Our clients are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals / Caregivers at residential group homes to provide services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in West Chester, Downingtown and Paoli areas.
Weekly, hourly compensation : $16 / hour Monday-Friday, $17 / hour Saturday & Sunday
Long term independent contracts - Ongoing 2nd shift (3p-11p and 2p-10p) schedules
Must have consistent, ongoing availability that includes every other Saturday & Sunday from 9a-9p.
CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma / GED Preferred
- Covid Vaccinated
- Experience working with persons with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
- Accelerated placement with proof of valid Physical and TB / PPD screening (within one year)
