- Conducting trauma informed psychosocial assessments for identifying physical health, mental health, and developmental needs within their social context.
- Establishing specific and focused treatment plans for children, utilizing historical and current available information
- Providing trauma-informed counseling and treatment services to children / youth in care, birth parents and foster parents.
- Intervening in crisis situations.
- Working collaboratively as a part of a multidisciplinary team to promote stability.
