Delta Vacations Elite Service Associate - Minot, ND (Onsite)

Provide support and complete service functions for our customers with a focus on Diamond Elite agencies. Professionally assist customers with modifications, payments, and written communication. Monitor and resolve any potential customer issues balancing customer satisfaction and the financial impact to Delta Vacations.  Delta Vacations is one of the largest travel wholesalers in the United States and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.

This Delta Vacations full time position is located in our award-winning Customer Engagement Center in Minot, North Dakota. The starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a $2,000 sign on bonus, with ongoing career and compensation advancement opportunities. In addition, we are proud to offer a competitive benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision coverage options. Elite Service Associates connect with customers via phone and assist with the following:

·       Satisfactory and priority handling of inbound service calls.

·       Communicate applicable information to customers regarding DLV Inc.'s products, services, policies and procedures.

·       Effectively qualify customer needs in conjunction with offering excellent customer service.

Coordinate with appropriate individuals from other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer related issues. Successful candidates will participate in comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training in Minot, ND starting tentatively in October. Classroom training includes instruction, observation, exams and performance measures. The employee's schedule during new hire training will be Monday through Friday with weekends off.
