Exterior Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team at Delta Valley Cleaning. In this role, you will travel from job to job, using professional-grade equipment to clean and maintain the exterior surfaces of homes and businesses. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of delivering outstanding results in all types of exterior cleaning services.

Duties

• Perform power washing and soft washing on various exterior surfaces including facades, concrete, roof tiles, and other surfaces as required.
• Clean windows, gutters, and downspouts with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect job sites before and after service to ensure high-quality results and client satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers and answer questions regarding services provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
• Be punctual, reliable, and professional in all aspects of work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for travel to job sites).
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to [X] lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience with power washing, soft washing, or exterior cleaning is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
