Job description
Job Title: Clinical Research Recruiter
Department: Research
Classification: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm. May include early or late shifts, and sometimes weekends, based on the needs of the company.
Reports to: Research Director
Summary:
We are looking to hire a high energy individual with experience in the medical field to assist with our highly respected clinical research department. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the rapidly growing field of medical research. This position will involve participant recruitment, regulatory tasks, and other hands-on subject duties. This position offers a great entry point into both the medical and research field for highly motivated and driven individuals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Able to spend a majority of the day on the computer and filing.
- Able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Self-motivated and task oriented.
- Task management proficiency.
- Able to work independently.
Duties:
- Adhere to Good Clinical Practices and study protocols.
- Clinical research Subject Recruitment via site database and various recruitment portals.
- Assist with the maintenance and filing of regulatory documents.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for a variety of studies.
- Screen subjects for eligibility using protocol specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, documenting each potential participant’s eligibility or exclusion. Assess eligibility of potential subjects through methods such as screening interviews, reviews of medical records, and discussions with physicians.
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with sponsors, research participants and Investigators during the course of the study.
- Complete study specific training.
- Schedule subjects for appointments, procedures, or inpatient stays as required by study protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Minimum Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Competency with Microsoft Office and adept use of computer systems in general.
- High Level communication experience, such as marketing, public speaking or equivalent.
