Key Responsibilities

- Coaching team members and stakeholders in Agile methodologies.
- Resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Manage and track team metrics, and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Define and implement strategies for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with product owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and Agile principles across teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
