Job Description
DeltaTrak has an immediate opening for an experienced and professional Supplier Quality Engineer in our Modesto CA / Poway CA office. This position will oversee and support DeltaTrak’s 3rd party manufacturing and logistic partners located within North America.
Responsibilities :
- Manage new supplier qualification process, including initial assessment, qualification production runs, and risk assessment / mitigation plans
- Maintain clear communications with the supplier(s) to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing and delivery cycle
- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with Company standards and industry regulations.
- Provide day-to-day support for issues impacting quality and delivery performance
- Communicate and ensure implementation of relevant Engineering Change notifications
- Establish and maintain appropriate KPI’s related to supplier quality and delivery performance
- Lead root cause analysis for supplier related non-conformances, and ensure appropriate countermeasures are implemented
- Ensure Company provided materials meet the acceptable quality level prior to consumption
- Assist in developing and improving supplier processes, including quality control plans and production procedures
- Assists in supplier training initiatives related to in-process / final QC inspection protocols
- Manage the Hold & Disposition process for all out of spec product / materials
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Salary : $65,000.00 -75,000.00 annually
