We are seeking a sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer relationship management, strategic prospecting, and targeted sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers to showcase our products/services and close deals.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in construction or building components
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques and contract management.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
