BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

(HDJ) is a growing Architectural & Engineering firm, and we are on the hunt for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Phoenix. This position will focus on securing new opportunities in the Phoenix market, as well as across Arizona and other Western states. The primary markets of focus are multifamily and commercial/retail development.

There is no shortage of opportunities to make an impact! HDJ is a firm with a national client base and experience in dozens of states.

What You’ll Do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Generate and facilitate new leads and target clients: Be the driving force behind our growth.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and sales strategy: Influence and shape our strategic direction.
• Become a market expert and monitor industry trends: Stay ahead of the curve and lead the way.
• Participate in industry organizations and attend related events and conferences: Network with industry leaders and expand your professional horizons.
• Develop meaningful relationships and partnerships with developers, contractors, and other project partners: Build a network that makes a difference.
• Create project proposals and letters of intent: Showcase your creativity and strategic thinking.
• Support HDJ’s architectural and engineering production teams as needed throughout the life of a project: Be a key player in our project success.
• Collaborate with HDJ’s marketing team to develop and create market-specific content: Contribute to our brand and market presence.

Geographic Focus: Western United States.
