Who You Are:
Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in gaining hands-on business development experience within a fast paced performance marketing agency? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Summer 2025 DELVE DEEPER Internship Program in Louisville, Colorado!
As a DELVE DEEPER Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of business development with a focus on non profit client development. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (June through August 2025). The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn our business, grow their career in business development, and become a valuable member of the DELVE DEEPER team!
What we're looking for:
- Recent college graduate (or soon-to-be graduate)
- Detail-oriented personality and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines
- Comfortable doing cold outreach to potential clients via all forms of communication
Must-haves:
- Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Has a strong desire to understand and perfect sales processes

- A hybrid work model - We work 3 days from office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday)
