What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at Delve?
The Operations Analyst is a key member of the operations team who, in collaboration with the project management, finance, operations and discipline teams ensures Delve’s foundational data is accurate, that actionable dashboards are generated for each level of the organization and that our practices and governance reinforce our data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Ensure enterprise data integrity:
- Ensure data is accurately maintained in HubSpot and is accurately imported into Netsuite.
- Partner with project management to set up projects in NetSuite.
- Partner with project management to actualize baseline budgets on a weekly basis.
- Work with operations to evolve the practices and detailed processes to ensure data integrity.
- Work with key business functions – sales, client service, finance to highlight trends and insights from data.
Project actualization & resourcing:
- Partner with project management team to ensure all talent allocations are updated, accurate each week.
- Partner with discipline leadership to ensure talent allocations are load balanced across the team each week and support resourcing decision making.
- Partner with finance and operations to generate key dashboards and business intelligence reporting to support all key business management activities and practices.
- Partner with operations and finance to evolve the data and decision making toolset.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or work experience in a similar role
- 4-6 years in operations, resourcing or project management (or other equivalent function) in a professional services environment
- Intermediate or expert level excel skills
- Intermediate or expert data visualization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with professional services administrative tools
- Experience with powerBI or equivalent
- Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of end-to-end professional services processes
- Curious, positive, flexible and assertive attitude
