Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Practice Lead to drive the development of AI-powered solutions, including chatbot creation, automation tools, and enterprise AI applications. This leadership role involves defining AI strategies, building an AI Center of Excellence, managing AI projects, and working with cross-functional teams to implement scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an AI vision, roadmap, and strategy to develop AI-based automation and chatbot solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation tools using NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.
- Establish and lead the AI practice by setting up best practices, frameworks, and governance for AI implementation.
- Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, etc.).
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML developers.
- Work with business leaders, customers, and technology teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Ensure high performance and accuracy of AI models through continuous monitoring, optimization, and retraining.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles, security, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years in AI, Machine Learning, and NLP, with a focus on chatbot and automation solutions.
- Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, deep learning, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
- Proven experience in setting up AI teams, driving AI innovation, and delivering enterprise AI projects.
- Expertise in Python, Java, or other AI-relevant languages. Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong ability to convey technical concepts to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks.
