Job Title: Data Modeling Specialist
Location: Hybrid (EST Hours) Occasional Travel to Montvale, NJ (2-3 days/month)
Duration: Contract through 09/30/2025
Job Summary:
One of our leading clients is seeking a Data Modeling Specialist with a strong background in data modeling and integration to join their team. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to Montvale, NJ (2-3 days per month) for onsite collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for data mapping, modeling, and integration from various enterprise systems, designing a centralized data architecture to support reporting and analytics. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and Salesforce is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Mapping & Modeling:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data models to integrate data from multiple sources.
Use data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, TOAD, ER/Studio) to define and document data structures, relationships, and mappings.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data models to support reporting and analytics.
Data Integration & Transformation:
Consolidate and map data from various enterprise systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and Salesforce into a unified data model.
Define relationships between data sources and ensure seamless integration for business intelligence purposes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure that data models align with organizational goals.
Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with established standards.
Required Skills:
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong enterprise data mapping and data modeling experience.
Proficiency in common data modeling tools such as Erwin, TOAD, and ER/Studio.
Experience in pulling data from multiple sources, including SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and Salesforce, and consolidating it into a comprehensive data model.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience working directly with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, or Salesforce data.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data from disparate systems.
Additional Information:
Work Hours: Must work EST hours.
Location Requirement: Preference will be given to candidates who are commutable to Montvale, NJ, for occasional onsite meetings.
