Role - S4 PPDS Solution Architect
9 months contract
Travel required Yes. Consultant must be able to travel to Grand Rapid, MI, Athens, GA, Tijuana MX plants up to 75% of the time.
Years of experience 10 (8 with S4).
Experience implementing S4 PPDS in the automotive industry.
Role Description
- Sap S4 Design, Build, Test, Deployment, and Hypercare phase experience with large complex international companies implementing PPDS solutions using Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing methods.
- Detailed knowledge of multi-level Bills of Materials, Routings, and Production Versions.
- Integration experience with EWM.
- Skills - Model Mix planning; Takt Based Planning; Dynamic / Manual Offl.oading, Short cycle scheduling; Mass capacity update, iPPE, Line Balancing, Takt scheduling, REM
- Consulting skills Knowledgeable of best practices, ability to write functional specifications for complex Enhancements and Interfaces.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills.
- Has demonstrated leadership in managing client workshops.
