Position: Cybersecurity Engineer

Location: Tysons, VA/ Washington, DC

Duration: 3 Year

Clearance: Active Top Secret ( Prefer TS/SCI)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, Zero Trust, and continuous monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight) and vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys).
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• SIEM: 6 years (Required)
• Vulnerability Scan: 5 years (Required)
• ISO 27001: 1 year (Preferred)
• NIST 800-53: 3 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
