Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely, utilizing a deep understanding of HVAC equipment and tools, safety regulations, technical drawings, and system diagnostics.
Duties
- Perform precision installation of commercial and residential HVAC related equipment following Company policies, manufacturer’s specifications, and blueprints/schematics
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute installation schedules
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards for all installation maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of the installation work performed and the parts used to complete the project
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client and vendor relationships
- Inspect and test HVAC system installations to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe functionality
- Provide assistance to other employees as directed by management.
- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and management.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid HVAC certifications and/or license(s)
- Satisfactory background check
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential HVAC installation services
- In-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems and components
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience using HVAC diagnostic tools (i.e. manometers, thermometers, multimeters, hygrometers).
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand design specifications using blueprints/schematics
- Proficient using a computer, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Company specific and proprietary software
- Proficiency using hand and power tools safely
- Understanding advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Working knowledge of boiler systems
- Ability to work under severe weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, snow) and physical conditions (i.e. lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling) for long periods of time
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment safely, and working in confined spaces for extended periods of time
