This Position Contributes to the Organization by :
The HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Dayforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Dayforce platform. This role ensures the system effectively supports HR, payroll, benefits, and other organizational needs. The administrator serves as the primary contact for Dayforce system-related issues and enhancements, working closely with HR, IT, and other departments to optimize workflows and data management.
Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do” :
- Configure and maintain the Dayforce platform, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Ceridian support when necessary.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Oversee data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR modules.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
- Assist in the implementation of new Dayforce modules or system upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dayforce users.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for new users and feature updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dayforce-related questions and escalations.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, benefits, and IT teams to align Dayforce functionality with organizational goals.
- Ensure the system complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including data privacy laws.
- This role typically involves hybrid or on-site work depending on needs; occasional extended hours may be required during system updates or major projects.
