Come grow with us at Demandbase!About the Role : Join Demandbase's Enterprise AI team to build scalable AI / ML solutions, including GenAI, multi-agent systems, and LLMOps pipelines. Collaborate across teams, guide best practices, and shape the future of enterprise AI through our AI / ML / LLM / GenAI Center of Excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Delivery & GenAI / ML System Architecture Own end-to-end delivery of AI / ML features from design to deployment.Propose and implement scalable architectures to improve performance and maintainability.Develop multi-agent architectures for complex AI workflows.Design and deploy scalable LLMOps pipelines for Generative AI solutions.NLP & Data Science Utilize tools like SpaCy, NLTK, and transformers for text analytics and conversational AI.Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models.Optimize data workflows with Spark, Pandas, and SQL / NoSQL databases.Technical Leadership Define AI / ML architectural patterns and best practices.Embed with teams to accelerate AI projects and solutions.Stay updated on AI trends and innovations.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Contribute to building and hiring a high-performing team while raising the bar.Operational Excellence Monitor and optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and ethical AI practices.Implement CI / CD, model versioning, and automation for scalability and reliability.Document workflows and create playbooks for reusable solutions.Ensure compliance with security and reliability standards.Participate in on-call rotations (if required) to maintain system stability.Mentor junior engineers through design / code reviews and troubleshooting support.Build cross-functional relationships, facilitate discussions, and align on solutions.Proactively improve processes and streamline team workflows.Basic Qualifications8 years of experience in ML engineering or related fields.Proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and familiarity with C , or Java.Hands-on experience with LLMOps pipelines, MLOps toolchains, and frameworks.Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines.Experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK) and data science workflows.Expertise in SQL / NoSQL databases.Strong foundation in software design, architecture, and problem-solving for AI / ML systems.Good to have QualificationsMS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Familiarity with Generative AI platforms like Hugging Face and OpenAI.Experience in Spark, and multi-agent systems.Proven track record in ethical AI practices and compliance.What You’ll GainHands-on experience with cutting-edge GenAI, LLMOps, and AI / ML technologies.Opportunities to drive architectural decisions and collaborate on impactful enterprise-level solutions.A dynamic, inclusive culture that values learning, innovation, and collaboration.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at DemandbaseAt Demandbase, we believe in creating a workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
