This is a 100% work from home, virtual position. You will never have to come to our office. Our entire company is a 100% remote company.
We are a leading sales execution company that helps small businesses grow by developing and executing strategic marketing and sales systems on their behalf. Our expertise is in working with businesses that have annual sales of $10 million to $100 million and are in the manufacturing or the industrial industry. All of our clients are in the B2B marketplace. We provide a variety of services and tools to help them attract new business.
You must have a Desktop or Laptop computer.
The responsibilities of this position will be as follows:
- You will be contacting business owners, Presidents or C-suite executives. In all instances you will be given the contact’s name; all of the leg work and research has been done for you. It is your responsibility to get that person on the phone.
- Your goal will be to get past the gatekeeper of these companies, who will try to prevent your access to the owners, since the owners are extremely busy and solicited daily.
- When you reach the decision maker, you must have the ability to communicate our unique value proposition, ensure they meet 5 qualifying questions and then close them for a future phone appointment for our client intake specialist to speak with them.
- You must have exceptional skills and experience in influencing and persuading individuals through your initial phone conversation only because you will not have the ability to send information or emails. You MUST convey and help them recognize our unique differentiation and show value in a phone appointment with a client intake specialist.
If you do not have experience doing this, you will be crushed. These gatekeepers and business owners are not patient, are not at times easy to talk to, are very busy and have been fibbed to, exaggerated to and lied to, so they are extremely skeptical.
Our expectations are that you will be able to set an average of 1 appointment every three hours. We're looking for someone to work between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexible working hours as an option.
You must have prior CRM experience. The platform we use is Hubspot, and we are willing to train you on it, if you have other CRM experience and are able to follow our instructions to the letter. You must bring to the table a proven background in this type of work.
We will provide you with extensive training on how to make these appointments and additional information, so you'll be able to understand the value of the services we provide and be very well prepared for this position.
All candidates will start off on a paid trial basis where you will receive full hourly compensation.

- This is a salary position between $75,000-$100,000 per year (paid at an hourly rate)
