Position Overview – Business Development Specialist (BDS): JRP is seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative to do B2B calls for one or more of the following industries: OEM, steel, chemical, or gas industry, industrial machine equipment sales, automation, electronics, rubber, plastic extrusion, injection, or the blow molding industry. The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience, be a self-starter, competitive, driven, articulate, thoughtful and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling and emailing
- Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals and business environment
- Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote
- Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights
- 5 years’ business development and sales hunting experience
- A desktop or laptop computer
- Experience in the engineering, industrial and/or manufacturing industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated
