About Us: DeMarse Meetings & Events Agency is a leading Event Planning and Marketing Agency located in Tampa, Florida. Our team is composed of talented, dynamic individuals who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, generating innovative ideas, and providing cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations. We are looking to expand our team of Event Managers to contribute to the planning and execution of small to mid-size conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Site Selection: Identify suitable event venues based on client requirements.
- Budget Development, Management, and Reconciliation: Create, manage, and reconcile event budgets.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences, ensuring smooth execution.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning process, timelines, and deliverables.
- Speaker Management: Coordinate with speakers for conference sessions.
- Registration Management: Handle attendee registrations and related logistics.
- Conference Branding & Marketing: Contribute to branding efforts and marketing strategies.
- On-Site Event Execution: Manage on-site activities for successful event delivery.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills:

- Familiarity with Survey Monkey, Cvent, QuickBooks, and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience updating conference content on a website.
Work Environment:
- Remote with moderate to heavy seasonal travel (average 1 trip per month, can change during peak months), most locations within the U.S. MUST live in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
