This individual will be responsible to help support, develop, and maintain tooling/data requirements within PMO. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a mindset towards process improvement and possess strong communication and collaboration skills needed to operate in a complex global organization. The candidate will also need to have the ability to connect the business side to the data/tool side and speak to how those interface to improve our business.

Tasks and Qualifications:
This is what you will do in the role:
- Support, maintain, and develop tooling & data reporting requirements within the PMO organization.
- Leverage data from a variety of sources to help analyze business performance, identify areas of opportunity and provide actionable insights.
- Provide data analysis visuals on Power BI platform to the Global Project Execution teams on trends, patterns and gaps; leverage data, analytics and technology to propose and implement global solutions.
- Contribute to automation efforts as we look to have data help drive our leadership decision making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science, Finance, Management, or Business Information Systems preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analytics or Data Science role.
- Strong business communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong MS Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Relational database and SQL knowledge.
- Experience working with SAP, Smartsheet, and/or Snowflake are a plus.
- Proven competency in dashboard design and information visualization techniques.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker, customer oriented, team player with ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience integrating, structuring and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources.
- Ability to investigate issues to root cause, understand and explain trends/shifts in data,
