The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $28 to $33.30 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do in This Role- Repair and maintain MHE, including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
- Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve electrical circuitry issues.
- Build and close work orders in our asset management system, detailing labor hours, maintenance activities, and parts used.
- Troubleshoot and resolve conveyance problems efficiently.
- Locate and manage spare part's inventory to prevent downtime.
- Perform sophisticated maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet strict specifications.
- Aid in training customers to operate equipment seamlessly.
- Respond promptly to service calls, addressing equipment failures and faults.
- Identify and resolve problems as they arise, ensuring continuous operation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. An associate's degree or vocational technical training is preferred. Niche skill training/certification is a plus.
- Senior-level knowledge with 5-7 years of experience in a technical or specialty area.
- Proven experience in the area of responsibility and a successful demonstration of the key tasks listed above.
- Outstanding customer-facing skills with the ability to maintain professional communications through various channels.
- Experience leading projects, teams, and advising on day-to-day operations and tasks for the onsite maintenance team.
- Physical ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds, regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach.
- Capability to occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Adaptability to work in various conditions, including small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, temperature extremes, noise, vibration, and standing on concrete for long periods.
