Tasks And Qualifications
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Conduct site visits to independently conduct root cause analysis sessions to unravel and resolve standard risk and complexity issues, setting the stage for detailed quality improvements.
- Orchestrate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions derived from RCAs, ensuring balanced improvements in quality and performance.
- Optimally communicate key takeaways and standard methodologies across the organization, improving the overall quality framework and processes.
- Represent customer interests and perspectives, ensuring their needs are central to our strategic and operational plans.
- 5 years experience in related field with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Passionate about problem-solving and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated ability in leading Root Cause Analysis processes from beginning to end.
- Ability to compile data, then use that information to tell compelling stories to leadership.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sophisticated capabilities in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time, as necessary.
