The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $28- $34 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What You Will Do in This Role:
* Prepares complex reports, correspondence, and/or statistics.
* May design procedures, processes, techniques, or other applications that may be applied across work groups.
* Manages parts and supplies usage and request.
* Manages inventory including physical and cycle counts.
* Works with Maintenance software for reports and trends.
* Works with customer procurement directly for ordering.
* Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them.
What We Are Looking For:
* Education - High School diploma required. Vocation/technical training or an associate's degree is preferred.
* Typically, 5 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
* Able to evaluate and analyze system/equipment performance data, perform root cause analysis, and manage resolution of design-performance issues.
* Experience (3 years) working with enterprise software and understanding of standard work process
* Data analysis experience in a facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare parts optimization
* Reporting on issues and presenting resolutions to upper management
* Customer service and project management experience within a warehouse environment
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
