Tasks And Qualifications
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Lead daily meetings to communicate data-driven goals and assignments.
- Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
- Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues promptly.
- Take charge of training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
- Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
- Communicate crafting needs by order/item and ensure accurate guidelines are followed.
- Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; supervise daily.
- Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as vital.
- Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
- Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.

- Demonstrated ability working in a warehouse environment.
- Proven track record to lead a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. A College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is helpful.
