Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch program
- Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
- Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find homes
- Negotiate offers for clients
- Log tasks in PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn leads into appointments
- Join weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- Showcase skills in pricing, staging, and listing services
- Expert in building relationships, active listening, and finding solutions
- Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Eager to grow and continuously learn
- Willing to learn and adapt to new scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
