Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Brand Representative at Demeter’s Pantry in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Brand Representative will be responsible for promoting brand awareness, providing exceptional customer service, ensure proper merchandising of our products in the stores, sometimes set up a simple food demo in the stores. We will train but some experience is highly preferred.
Flexible hours but need to be available at least one or two mornings a week. If able to do food demos, available on 10-2pm on Saturdays.
Qualifications
REQUIRED access to a car to visit stores minimum one day a week.
REQUIRED you must be located within the Washington DC or Baltimore Metro area.
- Reliable, organized and with the ability to work independently
- Experience in Customer Service and Brand Awareness
- Experience with Social Media, posting good, effective content is a must for this position.
- Ability to engage and connect with customers effectively
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Previous experience in marketing or related field is a plus
- Working on a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in doing food demos, preferred.
Compensation This is a 1099 independent contactor position but can become a full time employee position if we find the right person. 15 hours per week to start
