Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Intake/Sales Professional, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in legal intake or a related field, and a strong background in sales and case conversion. The Sales Specialist will oversee the entire intake process, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize client conversions. This role is critical to the firm’s success in bringing in new clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion rates and close cases efficiently.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with attorneys and other departments to ensure smooth case transitions.
• Implement follow-up strategies to ensure potential clients are engaged and informed throughout the decision-making process.
• Manage the intake pipeline, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legal marketing practices, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal intake, sales, or related roles within a law firm or legal services environment.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion techniques and experience in closing cases.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in case management software and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is required

Compensation:

• Base salary $80,000 - $150,000 plus bonuses
