Demidchik Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in managing complex cases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant case law, statutes, and supporting documentation.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and expert witnesses to facilitate case progress.
