SCHOOL VOLUNTEER
As a school volunteer, you will be assisting the teaching staff in various roles and responsibilities at our schools. Your duties may include helping teachers with lesson preparation, tutoring students, maintaining classrooms, facilitating events, reading to students, creating bulletin boards, and managing classroom projects.

To qualify as a school volunteer, you must be willing to work on an as-needed basis without compensation. You will be required to adhere to our Code of Ethics and perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and moving equipment. We appreciate your flexibility and patience in working in various environments and under stressful conditions. - Helping with campus beautification projects, such as yard work, planting, and designing.
- Providing front office assistance, answering phones, filing, and responding to questions.
- Assisting with student safety on field trips as chaperones.
- Supporting school and family events, such as fundraisers, preparations, and clean-ups.
- Working with the Parent/Teacher organization on fundraising, secretary/bookkeeping, leadership, and committee work.
- Assisting with special projects, including picture days, book fairs, yearbook sales, and plant sales.
- Supporting athletic, fine arts, and other school events as concession personnel, announcers, scorekeepers, timers, and ticket sales.
- Assisting in the lunchroom and/or on the playground.
- Serving as a guest speaker in the classroom or for the entire school.
- Assisting administration in specialized areas of expertise.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
