Position Summary
Demkota Ranch Beef is looking for PT Facilities Seasonal help with the possibility of working into a full-time position. Perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks and projects (including landscaping & snow removal).
Job Responsibilities:
- · Perform comprehensive landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and removal of plants/trees
- · Operate snow removal equipment to maintain accessibility during winter months
- Maintaining a variety of landscaped areas
- · Inspect assigned areas; correct or report safety hazards; clean and maintain buildings and grounds.
- · Possible light carpentry and plumbing
Job Requirements:
- · Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- · HS Diploma/GED
- · Previous experience performing landscaping and snow removal
- · Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions
- · Safely using and maintaining hand and power tools related to the work.
- Safe work methods and safety regulations pertaining to the work.
- Communicating effectively in oral and written forms.
- Ability to work in a diverse culture.
- Performing general maintenance work, individually or as a member of a crew, in various areas.
- The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, and carrying items weighing 50 pounds and up to 100lbs with proper equipment
Working Environment:
- · Work is subject to exposure to extreme weather conditions (cold & heat) noise, electrical shocks, hazardous chemicals, electrical currents, gases, dust and noxious odors.
