Job Title: Convention Coordinator

Salary: $45,000-$57,000/annually, generous benefits package
Location: Madison or Milwaukee, WI (Please note: Employment with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin requires residence or willingness to relocate to the state of Wisconsin.)

The Opportunity: As a Convention Coordinator, you will assist with the various aspects of State Convention preparation. You will assist with data entry, vendor and partner communications, and other logistical components of planning and executing successful events. This job requires a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently to complete assigned tasks on strict deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the political department on data management, including checking for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring timely submission.
- In coordination with the Party Affairs Director, confer with event vendors and partners to ensure event logistics are confirmed and prepared ahead of conventions.
- Assist with the delegate application process for State Conventions, including but not limited to delegate application processing, delegate caucus event staffing, assisting with hotel and travel logistics, and other needs that arise.
- On year requirements include working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience juggling multiple priorities at once while adhering to strict deadlines and meeting compliance requirements.
- Experience working with Google and Microsoft suites to track and maintain vast amounts of data.
