The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), the campaign committee dedicated to protecting and expanding the Democratic Senate majority, is hiring a Campaign Services Director for the 2026 election cycle to support campaigns digital fundraising programs.
This role reports directly to the Director of Campaigns and Paid Media Strategy, and serves as a point person for digital fundraising teams on campaigns. This position requires the routine exercise of discretion and independent judgment on significant issues, as well as prior campaign experience with a strong preference for experience as a Digital Director on a Senate campaign.

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), the campaign committee dedicated to protecting and expanding the Democratic Senate majority, is hiring a Campaign Services Director for the 2026 election cycle to support campaigns digital fundraising programs.
This role reports directly to the Director of Campaigns and Paid Media Strategy, and serves as a point person for digital fundraising teams on campaigns. Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for digital fundraising staff including advising on weekly campaign calls, holding weekly one-on-one check-ins, and providing templates, best practice guides, and other resources.
- Develop and manage DSCC’s relationships with digital fundraising staff that allow the DSCC to serve as a strong partner.
- Track campaigns’ digital fundraising program KPIs including revenue and acquisition budgets and performance, and distilling that information into pertinent updates for DSCC leadership.
- Help campaigns find and recruit effective digital fundraising staff.
- Provide support for campaign launches.
- Connect digital fundraising campaign staff with partners and members of the caucus.
- Review proposals and plans from digital consultants to ensure campaigns are receiving sound guidance.
- Track digital data and trends and sharing that information with campaigns.
Qualifications
- At least 3 cycles of campaign experience including campaign work outside of DC. At least one cycle of experience as a Digital Director on a Senate campaign or other statewide campaign.
- Experience with digital fundraising and overseeing digital acquisition plans.
- Commitment to a collaborative, no-drama work environment dedicated first and foremost to the mission of the DSCC.
- Experience with principal/candidate management.
- Strong political judgment and knowledge of campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively at the direction of DSCC leadership, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise their own discretion

- Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and be flexible.
- Willingness to work long, irregular hours as necessary.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
The salary for this role is $135,000.
