Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload items from homes, businesses, and job sites
- Drive Junk Magicians' branded trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform in-person estimates and provide accurate pricing to customers
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain clean and organized trucks and tools
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
- Handle payments and provide receipts when necessary
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
- Assist in the recycling, donation, and proper disposal of items
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including some weekends
- Prior experience in junk removal, moving, or related fields is a plus but not required
