ACCESS LAB FACILITATOR AT DEMOPOLIS HIGH SCHOOL
MUST HOLD A MINIMUM Para-professional certification (Associates Degree) and have completed, or be willing to complete professional development in online methodology and technical aspects of web-based instruction through ACCESS and serve as a liaison to online teachers and providers.
Must participate in a minimum of one or more days of professional development provided by ACCESS Distance Learning that includes training in the use of the learning management system and technical aspects of course reception via VCI equipment (for videoconferencing instruction). Training will be conducted by one of the three regional support centers and must be completed prior to the beginning of course facilitation. Applicants must be fingerprinted and pass a background check, according to State Department of Education requirements. A TB Skin test is also required.
