Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a great Rockville Centre law firm. This is a fully in-office role with a salary ranging from $70,000-$95,000 (DOE).
This person should have at least 2 years of personal injury experience ideally with experience in drafting court documents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in developing legal strategies, drafting pleadings, motions, and case filings
- Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
- Prepare discovery responses, correspondence, and e-file pleadings
- Support trial preparation, including witness coordination, jury instructions, voir dire, exhibits, and verdict sheets
- Assist with case finalization and disbursements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation (premises, auto, construction, municipal liability)
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
