Sr Labor & Employment Attorney
Demos Consultants is searching for a Labor & Employment Attorney for a boutique lifestyle law firm's Garden City office. This is fully in office and has a salary ranging from $120,000-$180,000.
This person must have at least 5 years of defense-side employment litigation.
Responsibilities :
- Handle a diverse caseload, including labor and employment matters, with limited court appearances.
- Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and draft motions and other legal documents.
- Meet with clients to provide strategic advice and updates on case progress.
- Participate in monthly labor and employment practice meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
- Maintain a strong focus on litigation, including federal and class actions, while leveraging support from other attorneys as needed.
